Elkton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center would like to celebrate the importance of ethics, compassion, and commitment in the healthcare profession by thanking our nurses, volunteers and the entire staff for their hard work and dedication day in and day out.
Skilled nursing care frequently begins with an on-site assessment at the hospital and continues through an initial conference and discharge planning. Our licensed professionals are available to answer questions and address any concerns you or your family may have.
As residents’ conditions progress and they move through different care levels, our staff works with their families and their physicians to transition them to the most appropriate senior care setting. Each resident’s short- or long-term care is customized to their individual needs and preferences and delivered around the clock by trained nursing professionals.
Team Bios
Kallie
Kallie has been part of the Elkton team for 17 years. She is the proud mother of one son and enjoys spending her free time with family.
Kenya
Kenya has worked at Elkton for seven years. She is a devoted parent to three children and a grandparent to seven grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and crafting.
Kasey
Kasey has one grown child and a beloved pet named Dexter. When she is not at work, she enjoys watching television and keeping her home organized.
Savannah
Savannah works at Elkton and also spends her weekends working at a local Mexican restaurant. She is the mother of two children and enjoys painting and hiking in her free time.
Tonya
Tonya has dedicated 25 years to Elkton, serving in a variety of roles throughout her career. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Devita
Devita has six years of experience in the medical field and previously worked in manufacturing. She is the proud mother of two daughters and enjoys traveling and spending time with residents.
Michelle
Michelle has been a valued member of the Elkton team for 26 years. She has two daughters and enjoys spending time with them. One of her biggest passions is horses – she currently owns 12.
Brittany
Brittany is married and shares her home with her beloved pet, Frosty. She enjoys working with residents and has a passion for music.
Melanie
Melanie has been employed at Elkton for 23 years. She has two grown children and one granddaughter, with whom she loves spending time. In her free time, she enjoys reading and completing puzzles.
Kay
Kay was raised on a farm and enjoys staying active outdoors. She especially loves animals, particularly cats, and shares her home with her cat, Prada.
Demetria
Demetria is a dedicated mother of three. In addition to her work, she serves as a basketball coach and also runs a food truck as a side business.
Shanice
Shanice has worked at Elkton for six years. She has one daughter who keeps her very busy. She also enjoys being involved in her church and participating in church activities.
Brionna
Brionna is beginning her career at Elkton. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, crafting, hiking, and chasing waterfalls.
Javaea
Javaea enjoys staying active at the gym. She also has two pets – a snake named Coach and a four-year-old pet named Delilah.
Alan
Alan enjoys spending time with his three stepchildren when he is not at work. His hobbies include fishing and hunting.

Allie
Allie enjoys her role as Director of Nursing and is known for her love of strawberry shortcake.
Eric
Eric is a big fan of UK basketball and has a passion for music – he even performs in a band. He also enjoys spending time with his parrot, Iggy.
Jaima
Jaima is an avid reader who enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She can often be found cheering on her kids from the sidelines at soccer games.

Margie enjoys spending time with her family and maintaining an active, on-the-go lifestyle.
